Making Iberian sausages and hams in Ledrada is a challenge for us and a motivation to do our job better every day and to be able to contribute to the maintenance of our town.
To make our products we have pigs raised in freedom and fed naturally.
If we combine good raw materials, with the good climatic conditions that we have in our town of Ledrada located in the Sangusín Valley between the Sierras de Bejar and the Sierra de Francia, with cold and dry winters and hot summers and to which we add all the good that progress and technology puts at our disposal we get healthy products.
In order to maintain our demands for the products that reach the consumer, we adhere to the quality brands “Ibéricos de Salamanca” and “Tierra de Sabor”.
